use journal for CAM??

Hi guys:

Can I use a journal for CAM sesions?

I mean, I have machined a workpiece.I record all the milling operations into a journal file.

Can I use this journal file for milling similar pieces?
I have all the milling operations inside the journal...

I am learning NX.
