Hello All,
I have come across a new error message as I am trying to run my model.
*** USER FATAL MESSAGE 4690 (CNREAD)
NON-UNIQUE REGION ID FOUND. REGIONS IDS IN CONTACT AND GLUE SHOULD
BE UNIQUE BETWEEN BSURF, BSURFS, BCPROP, BCPROPS AND BLSEG ENTRIES.
I have looked over my connections, surfaces, & etc... and I cannot find duplicate IDs.
A bit of background: I am analyzing a beam structure and it runs wonderfully, then I was asked to analyze the base/foundation (this is the part that has the weld) and it also runs like a champ. When I incorporate the 2 files (using a Neutral file) and try to run it blows up. Things I did to each file before I merged them: Renumberd all properties, materials, Elements, and Nodes; I also combined the two models with use of RBE2s to go from a Beam model to a plate model (no where near the welds).
Cheers,
Joe S.
