Can someone explain me in detail about the code below. the use of dot and meaning od GE etc

Not an expert but ge is great or equal and le should be less or equal.

Look up fortran conditional statements and there should be a lot of examples and info on that

Not an expert in Fortran too but the meaning of this code should be: „If x coordinate is between -50 and 50 or between 1778.8 and 1878.8 then ...”
