Nice! This is great that it is a free PDF this time around.
Last time it was updated was 2015. I wonder if this will be revised for NBCC 2025? Hopefully they caught up enough to keep this relevant for another 10 years.

Taking a quick read through it, there is a large portion dedicated to seismic commentaries (nearly 50% of the document) which seemed to have the biggest change in the code. They've included some worked examples of calculations as well which is great. Given the overhaul of the seismic sections I'd guess that it will remain somewhat unchanged for the next code cycle, although in MB we only adopted the 2020 NBCC at the beginning of last year so we weren't in that big of a rush for the commentaries.
