Hi All,

I am having a brain blockage on creating a UDF (NX11)

I need to create a UDF to define some standard stock material sizes such as 'Square Hollow Section'

The intention is that I shall use the UDF to insert a simple sketch, which will then be extruded.

The SHS cones in a range of sizes such as 20x20, 25x25, 30x30, 40x40...... ect

But each size has various options for wall thickness eg:-

20x20:- 2mm, 2.5mm
25x25:- 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm
30x30:- 2.5mm, 3mm
40x40:- 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm

I am sure that NX will do this via conditional options in the expressions, so that the UDF insert menu displays the Size, then once selected the correct wall thickness options will be displayed for selection.

Does anybody have a example of this working (NX11 or earlier)

Thanks in advance,

Befuddled
