USGS Regression Estimates

Does anyone know where I could find the duration for the peak flow estimates generated by USGS regression techniques? The equations use a rainfall intensity, I based on a 24-hour rainfall with a 2 year recurrence interval. Curious if the other peak flow events, such as Q(10), Q(25), ..., are also 24-hour duration storms?
