Has anyone else been getting an error message when trying to lookup seismic design parameters? I am getting the same error across the ASCE, USGS, and ATC lookup tools.

I have issues with the ASCE tool almost every time I try to use it.

Probably a temporary issue or maybe maintenance on the USGS site. Working fine for me right now through ASCE. The only problem I've ever had with ASCE is the flood map. But it just started working properly in the last few weeks.

Seems to be working today. I never used the ASCE tool much but so far its 0/2 on wind load and snow load. It only reads the ASCE table and doesn't include local provisions as far as I can tell. Seems like the norm in my area the B. Officials are adopting higher loads than the ASCE contours for these things.

Yeah - trying to keep track of every local ordinance that goes above ASCE would be a nightmare. Fortunately my localities are all quite 'normal'.
