Using arrow keys to move objects in draft mode?

I use ST10 (don't ask why or advise not to, please). I have all of the maintenance packs updated. Is there a way to move objects in draft mode using arrow keys? Using the mouse pointer is way too tedious to place objects (like in powerpoint), whether they are drawing views, text boxes, whatever, appropriately for my taste. I've asked at least one more experienced person and he had no idea, so I'm thinking it's not possible unless someone knows something I couldn't otherwise find in the documentation.
