We are using NX7.5 for both GM and Chrysler programs. Can both seperate loads be used on the same work station without any issues? We need to generate drawing for both customers using their specific applications on the drawing side.

Seperate Loads? Do you mean a set of different borders and annotation settings for drafting, or are you refering to seperate customer settings as well?

From what I know of the GM Toolkit, you would be best to do to seperate installs, one for each company.

There are a lot of GM specific customizations loaded in the customer settings.

Referring more about loading the GM NX7.5 with their tool kit and Chrysler's specific NX7.5 on the same PC workstation. Are there any known issues with doing this? Can TCE access for both customers be used thru the same workstation as well without conflicts?

If you add another user (where one user would utilize "GM" and the other "Chrysler") to your workstation then both loads could be used on one workstation

GM launches NX through a customized environment, using a custom launch program. In the past, I ran both the GM toolkit and company customized environment from the same install without any issues....I just used 2 different .bat files to launch NX, and those .bat files specified which environment/defaults to load.

As long as you set your environment variables to point the correct locations and use separate customer defaults, you should be able to run multiple environments from the same install. You just don't want to overwrite what GM or Chysler have set up - try putting that portion in 2 different directories and see how that works.

You certainly aren't going to ruin NX by attempting to load both on one workstation - you'll just have to test it out, I'd imagine.
