Using IPAD for Floor Inspection

I heard there was an aerospace version of this called "ISquawk".

Does anyone have knowledge of any app/software like this? Would be similar to what a Home Inspector would use when doing a house inspection. See the defect, take a picture and then come back after the defect is repaired and take a "repaired" picture.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
