Has anyone ever prepare a work package for USM which details the following?
1. meter health check prior to calibration
2. meter removal (including installation of blind flanges),
3. Preserve, pack and transport meter and upstream spool to & from calibration facility
4. 2 times As-Found wet calibration – first using with our own upstream spool and then without our upstream spool
5. Meter reinstallation & recommissioning
