Dear all,

During CODE 2017 edition, If I applied sec.V article4 appendix VIII,
its required and mandatory to follow appendix IX, too.
Because the code mentions procedure qualification required per appendix IX.

Now, CODE 2019 edition that delete the texts.
Is still a mandatory required to follow appendix IX together when I applied appendix VIII?

No, the code changes have been done for a reason and you only need to follow the latest edition.
