UW-20 for U-tube HE 1

Dear All,
is UW-20 applicable to U-tube heat exchangers?
ASME VIII Div.2 states that "Determination of tube-to-tubesheet joint strength is not mandatory for U-Tube tubesheets" (ref. Para. 4.21.1.1 (d)).

I cannot find any similar statement in ASME VIII Div.1, but it should be the same.

Can anyone give me their opinion?

Same statement does exist in Div 1 2023 ed.

Thanks Maslov, I got it.
I was actually focused on Ed.2021, since I'm dealing with an old project and actually I didn't find the same statement in Ed.2021, so I was trying to understand what is the correct approach.
