V5 Catia R18 Product Failure

Hi hopefully someone can help me..

I currently use V5 Catia R18 on my laptop at work.
For some reason everytime I attempt to load a Catia Product my computer either takes ages to do so or I get an error message of:
Invalid Geometric Data x 2
Problem While Reading Docuement x 2
The Product and the parts are 100% R18 Models as a couple of colleagues next to me open them no problem
Can anyone help?

Assuming you have adequate hardware and right drivers I would guess corrupt cache or catsettings, clear the catcache and catsetting and try again.
