V5 R20 Translation Issue

We receive alot of step files from our suppliers and we have noticed lately we are getting a lot more of these errors and the file is corrupt. If I read the exact same step file in R18 I have no issues. Anyone else having similar issues?

Yes. I can usually read the same step file into R21 SP2 with no errors. I am currently using R20 SP6. Same file reads into UG NX8

I've actually read the file into UG which works fine, then export out of UG as step again to read into Catia and that still does not work. Sounds like a DS issue. We are only on SP 4
