Hi,

I am new for V5, during my practice session I lost the Specification tree. F3 also does not work. I was told the tree might gone into zoom condition and check the dot mark. But i could not trace it.

Can anyone suggest me how to reset the specifictaion tree.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

If you have lost the tree in a zoom, here is the easiest way to get it back:

select View -> Commands List... -> Swap view/tree (command) or enter "c:swap view/tree" in the power input field. This will hightlight the tree, and you will then use the "fit all in" toolbar, or enter "c:fit all in" in the power input field.

If that doesn't work, then you have a different problem.

I'm sorry - just to clarify my last post - in case you've never used, or heard of it, the "power input field" looks like this:

You know - that little white space that nobody ever uses in V5. I was classically trained in Autocad, and I just *love* typing things. V4 was nice for that, and I'm a little disappointed that V5 doesn't offer more manual input.

I definitely use it whenever I get the chance, though.

Very nice... Thank you.

I learned something today. It's amazing how you can miss the simple things.
