First I'll say that I'm not trying to promote anything here. If someone has a problem with it they can red flag this. I absolutely have no association with this.....just ran across it, thought it looked great and that other geotechs would be interested.
Anyway the conference is discussed at
What struck me is the list of speakers: Schmertmann, Mitchell, Duncan, Kulhawy, Townsend, Koerner, etc. Not often you run across a top notch lineup like that.
