VACUUM CONVEYOR

Hello,
I am In the process of designing and builing a "belt conveyor" with a perforated belt to allow for suction thru the belt. I am trying to find some design guidelines for the design of such a conveyor as well as vendors that would sell conveyor belt made for that type of application as well as a vacuum generator of some sort.
Can anyone help me???

What size parts due you plan on conveying on this conveyor and at what rate? Is there an incline or just horizontal conveyor? Is there any residue on these parts being transfered? (Dust or Liquid)
