When turn the vacuum pump on(liquid ring), the gas flow discharging to outside at the beginning is always high and full of organic components from process.
The emission alarm always goes off.
Are there any solutions?

Send it through an activated carbon filter?

After your process run stops, the pumps should continue running for a while.
And then even after the pumps stop the flush flow should continue a bit also.
If they are sitting shut off full of product then you are likely causing damage to the pumps.

Then send the exhaust gas up a vent.

We know Nothing about your process or connections or how any of this works.

rika,

We cannot read minds ...

It is difficult to diagnose or even understand your system problems without a system description..... such as a PID

Your questions are along the lines of "When I turn the switch, something happens" .... We know zero about what your process is or what you are trying to accomplish.... are you making baby food or bomb materials ?

Try to include more systems information

Can you stop the organics from getting to the vacuum pump to start with? Possibly by pulling through a condenser with chilled water?

Also consider flushing the seal water from the vacuum pump before and after use.

If you have volatile organic in your process, there will always be a surge flow when you start to apply vacuum. It has nothing to do with the type of pump. If you want to reduce this surge, just throttle the flow into the vacuum pump.
