Isha90,
You may want to consider an all metal, full port, Ball Valve.

Sometimes its possible to do all the right things and still get bad results

Thank you, should we advice ball valve to be mounted with pipe axis vertical to avoid solidification of Lead inside valve leading to non-rotation of ball. Could you share the material of construction please.

Isha90,
You need to think this through.
1. My comment was only a suggestion. A starting point for you to move on from.

2. You should not be leaning too much on information you get from a Forum like this.

3. You need to put together a Data Sheet of all the information for your situation (Design and Max Operation Temperature of the system, etc). Include every thing related to your installation. Include the basics of how you plan to maintain a fluid state in the lead during a short stoppage of the flow.

4. Send it to a bunch of Valve Manufacturing Companies

Customer has heating system to avoid solidification, but using Y-Globe & finding operating issue, so request valve experts to share your knowledge, thank you

We used to use a style of plug valve that had the hole through the plug ported in order to allow it to drain when closed.
We were only working under static head of a few feet.
And I don't know the MoC.
