Dear sir,
I am using Virtical inline pump (Sundye LMV-322) at 8200 rpm. It is used to transfer fluid that SG=0.6, Vapor Pressure =22.1 psia from 2psig to 310psig. Pump cannot run. I don't know why. At pump discharge we found only gas.what should I do? If you guys are expert, Do you know how to solve this problem?

Without getting too involved in this, I see a problem right off the bat.

Suction pressure you say is 2 psig (16.7 psia if you are at sea level) but the vapor pressure is 22.1. You are trying to pump a gas which is not possible with a centrifugal pump.

Check your numbers...

Sundyne pumps are designed specifcally to handle LPG type fluids. However you have not mentioned the temperature of operation. COuld it be that the fluid should be refrigerated before it is pumped??
