how can the vapor pressure of a liquid be calculated by HYSYS?

Just input the temperature and a vapor fraction of 0.
Be aware that if you are above the critical point, you may get an arbitrary answer. If you want to know for sure, you can produce a phase envelope (with the envelope utility, Ctrl-U)
