VAV Actuator Torque

Hi,

I want to ensure whether the actuator installed at the VAV boxes has the correct Torque. The VAV box is quite old and not started since, last 2 years and manufacturer also not responding.

Static Pressure is 600 Pa, Flow - 1100 L/s, VAV neck radius - 120mm, Multiple blade.

Have the actuators not been started or maintained for years you should of course have a look, clean, lubricate and test locally without load to see if they function at all first. Then test at full load.

What does local technical labels tell you?
