VB API Error 429 in SolidWorks 2005...HELP!!!!

I try to run an API macro in SW2004 and keep getting this error message:

"An error occurred while in sub procedure CreatINIFile.
Error Description: ActiveX component can't create object
Error Number: 429"

Can anybody please help me!!!

That sounds like a Micro$oft issue. Error 429 has a wide range of causes. Try going to Micro$oft's website and typing "429" into the search box.
