VB form to call macros 1

Hi everybody, has any one done a form in visual basic
to organize their solidworks macros by calling a macro when clicking a
picture on a visual basic form, if so would you be kind enough to share
the code. Thank you.

I've had poor results starting one macro from another. Doesn't always work as it ought.
