vehicle battery charging room bus assembly

I'm looking for a busbar assembly for connecting mulitple vehicle batteries to a single charger. The intent is to run a bus around the perimeter of the room, with the bus accessible for jumper-cable connection at any point, but with the bus enclosed on three sides by some type of insulating enclosure. Can anyone direct me to a possible manufacturer of this?
