what does it means ? - test should be performet at velocity 1 octave per minute (5-200 Hz)

Is that a translation from some other language, possibly meaning speed instead of velocity?

In any case, it's possibly referring to a swept signal, i.e., the frequency is continuously changing at one octave/minute

1 octave per minute refers to the sweep rate.
the time it will take you to go from 5hz to 10hz is dramatically longer then then time it will take you to go from 190hz 200hz
