Try e-bay, they are considered antiques...and typically are used to integrate flow rate charts. Surveyors use them for measuring land area. By the way the correct spelling is "plani-meter" as I recall.

At one time (70's) there were optical versions that basically digitized the curve and integrated it digitally.
