Vent Controls

We have 10 m3 of 35% HCl Holding Tank in our Utilities area. What are the vent controls required for this tank? Fume scrubers seem to be the order, but does this apply for our tank, being a small one? Seal Pot filled with Caustic solution will do? Also, some guidelines on how to estimate the tank losses pls.
