Dear Experts,
we have 4 commercial kitchen located near to each other. My question is, what is international standards requirement (IPC or equivalent) for venting systems at kitchen drainages. I mean do we need to add vent pipe for kitchen drain if there is no any water closet connected to drainage system. [bigears]

Thanks in advance.

In the IPC, venting for kitchen drainage is no different than any other sanitary system - it is required. It provides air circulation and pressure regulation at traps. It is sized with the same methods.
