Vent Pipe at Kitchen Drainage

Dear Experts,
we have 4 commercial kitchen located near to each other. My question is, what is international standards requirement (IPC or equivalent) for venting systems at kitchen drainages. I mean do we need to add vent pipe for kitchen drain if there is no any water closet connected to drainage system.

In the IPC, venting for kitchen drainage is no different than any other sanitary system - it is required. It provides air circulation and pressure regulation at traps. It is sized with the same methods.
