I need some Technical Data and guidance about Ventilated Cable tunnel for Power cable. Kindly recommend.

Do you mean tunnel or tray. Tray is as described in the link by mcgyver.
A cable tunnel may be the passage way joining the turbine hall in a hydro power plant with the transformer yard.
A cable tunnel carries the cables from the generators to the Generator Step Up transformers. The cables may be installed in cable trays in the cable tunnel.
A cable tunnel in a mine mill may carry the cables from the substation to the main switchgear, and from the main switchgear to the various individual transformer/PDC combinations. The cables may be carried on cable trays in the cable tunnel.
