We have noticed that all instances of changed parts have to be verified prior to checking into intralink.
As you may realize sometimes things get changed that wasn't intended to be changed. Then we try to check things into intralink and we get the notice that some instances need to be verified. Of course, there is the drop-down option to "verify now", but if a part changed while the instance was not in the workspace then we have to cancel the operation and check out that instance or update the unintended changed part before we can check the assembly into intralink.
Has anyone else found this to be a hassle? and if it's a hassle to some of you have you found a way to make this operation work better?
If so, I'd like to have any hints you may be able to give.
Thanks in advance,
SrG.
