VESSEL MECHANICAL DESIGN SHEET/FOTM

I was wondering if anyone has a Mechanical design sheet/form for pressure vessels in either Excel, word or even dynamic PDF form. I am gathering design data for a large group of vertical and horizontal vessels and was hoping someone had already invented this "wheel"
