Vessel Sketch with ASME Clause 1

I have a sketch (Probably prepared by Hartford) for ASME Sec VIII Div 1.

This is a very useful sketch of a pressure vessel (all common features -Joint config, Nozzle details, Pads, Re Boiler connections etc) with the reference clauses of ASME Sec VIII Div 1 indicated against each location.

This sketch is also there in many hand books (Exampleerry Chemical Engineering Hand Book)

The question is

1)where can i find the Updated version (with UHX clauses included)

2) Where can i find a similar sketch for ASME Sec VIII Div 2 and Div 3

3) Is there a sketch for PED vessel (with reference Clauses)

4) Is there a soft copy (For free/for Purchase)?

I don't have it here in front of me, but I was thinking it came with Section VIII.

It could also be a National Board item.
