I have to assume you did not order the machines yesterday, based on your expected delivery time frame.
What should have happened is that you receive at least TWO items of documentation well before the machines are expected to show up (usually no more than 4 weeks after the order was received by the manufacturer).
1) an outline drawing showing ALL the relevant interface dimensions so that you can properly prepare the foundation and connection to driven equipment.
2) the machine nameplate data - which you really should already have, since that is how the machine is defined to the manufacturer in the first place.
What you may (or may not) get is the actual critical performance parameters and machine electrical properties (time constants, inductances, resistances, etc.) that are required to properly set up a drive. If you don't have those, contact the machine manufacturer directly and ask for them - explaining that you're trying to set up a drive. It is important that the idea that the machines would be operating on a drive was conveyed at the outset of the order - if not, you may be waiting a LOT longer than another 8 weeks for a machine capable of operating on an inverter.
