VI crashes after one run without any error message

Hello,

The "Photocurrent Characterization" VI I am currently using crashes after one run, with no error message, whatsoever. I made this VI from scratch following the template in the "PhotoCurrent" VI, which had the same problem. How can I fix this, so this does not become a "one-shot" VI? Block diagrams of both VI's are attached for reference.
