Disclaimer: I'm a stress guy, so this vibration/dynamics stuff is mostly new to me, at least in a professional sense.

I have accelerometer data (3-axis) from 2 locations, approximately 4 feet apart on a structural member. Is there a way to determine the vibration mode(s) from this sort of data? I know the primary driving frequencies already.

Thanks.

You should move this question to "Mechanical Acoustics/Vibration engineering".
They live for this stuff.

AH, thanks. I missed that there was another specialty forum for that.
