One of the process equipment on current nickel project is called " Fluid Bed Reducer" . This particular equipment during operation produces large dynamic vertical , horizontal and moments loads on the top of the huge static loads. Due to process requirements the equipment is supported on steel tower 45 m above ground. This situation creates the vibration problem .
We are looking for any example of the similar equipment used in gas and oil industry , metal process industry, cement industry or mining industry which produce big dynamic forces, which is support on the steel structure and which is elevated quite high above ground.

Do you know any of the existing plant around the world which is similar as described above or do you know any company with this type of expertise ?

Thanks for help

A design of a support of a relief valve for 50000 psi reactor, ( 440 kip vertical and 440 kip horizontal impulse loads) was done with W shapes and square structural tubing in a assemblage 12 meters above the grade. HSS 16 x 16 x 5/8, (vertical with cap and base plate) and braces of W 24 x 104 at 45 degrees in orthogonal vertical planes each with many anchor bolts. All dynamic loads were estimated to static equivalents and then the natural frequency of the assembly was compared to the various modes obtained from the mach 3 gas relief. It worked! The base dimensions of the structure were equivalent to the height before the calculations showed enough stiffness and strength. Do you have enough space for a foot print of these proportions?
