Vibration probes settings

I am wondering if there is a standard since I could not find anything in API670 that governs voting logic on rotating equipment vibration probes (i.e trip settings, alarm settings, etc). Can someone kindly refer me to a standard showing this I recollect vaugely that there is a formula i.e sqrt1200/N and 1.5 times of this is alarm setting etc...but not sure
