May someone advise please.
1. What is the UCS strength range of the material (cement/soil mix)possibly measured by the Vicat modified penetrometer? Model: Modified Vicat Cone Penetrometer, 200g
2. Is there any formula provided with the Instrument to calculate the UCS from penetration?

The instrument description refers to ASTM C780 yet there is no this kind of correlation (dependance) in the Standard
