View -> Camera -> Capture and Edit... ...and in the section of the dialog labeled 'Clipping', select the 'Fit Planes to Extents' button. See if that helps. The other thing you might try is going to... Preferences -> Visualization Performance -> General Graphics ...and see if in the 'Sessions Settings' section of the dialog, that the 'Backface Culling' option was toggled ON.
