While in paper space, I create a view port (using mview command). I go into the view port and scale it using 1/96xp. I then create a second view port and try to scale this view, both view ports are automatically scalled back to full extents.

How can I fix this without locking the viewport...is there a setting I am forgetting about?

Thanks!

1. _UCSFOLLOW -> 0 ??
2. lock the Viewport
3. use zoom-> p

Exxit, thanks for your response. However, I have seen this post before about ucsfollow and mine is set to 0 already...any other ideas?

Thanks,
Dean

Exxit, I stand corrected...the post I read about this before instructed me to type this command in paper space. However, it appears that this needs to be done in each window in model space. Everything works...thanks!!
