As I understand, virtual topologies are used to merge faces and edges prior to meshing so that the mesher ignores the individual faces and edges.
1) Does NX have the capability to automatically merge faces and edges thus creating a virtual topology?
2) If the answer to 1 is yes, iS it possible to get the information through NX of the faces and edges it has merged to create a virtual topology?
3) Again, if the answer to 1 is yes,Is it possible to get the modified part file that has the virtual topology (i.e. the old geometry is re-written and a new geometry with merged faces and edges created) because anyways NX merges faces and edges so a new / DE featured geometry created?
