Is there and IEEE, OSHA, NEC, or NEMA requirement to have a visible disconnect in a Medium voltqge Motor circuit?

NEC article 430 part X (sections 430.121 thru 430.127) deal with motors over 600V. It calls for a lockable disconnecting means. No mention of visible. That may be in ANSI C37.20 or C37.32 if I'm not mistaken.
