VOC in alkid paints vs. rective solvents

In order to decrease the VOC in alkid enamels I have notice of reactive solvent base in acrilic esters of trimetilol propane. This produc with OH functional groups will react with carboxil free groups of alkid.
It seems that there are any problems in can stability.
Can anybody give me information of this theme or the contact of any provider.
