Is the amount of voltage drop of following two circuits the same? The load is same in both circuits but the source is different.

Source: 4-Wire 3-Phase 120/208V
Load: 500', 2-Wire 1-Phase 120V (Line-Neutral)

Source: 3-Wire 1-Phase 120/240V
Load: 500', 2-Wire 1-Phase 120V (Line-Neutral)

Using some online calculator, it seems to indicate the 3-phase source has less drop even though the load voltage is the same at 120V.

If you are talking about the voltage drop in the conductors, and the circuits are run the same way, there is no difference. If the three-phase source was serving a three-phase load, it would be different.
