Voltage Supply Standards 2

Good day,
Is there a standard that indicates recomended utility voltage supply variance, both phase-to-phase and phase average vs. nominal? I understand the +/- 10% is common for "vs. nominal", and I've seen both +/- 3% and +/- 5% for phase-phase differernce. Curious if this was a publication citing (e.g. NFPA, IEEE, etc.)

ANSI C84.1 sets the max and min ranges for the nominal voltage ranges. +/- 5% is a fairly typical range for most service levels. The utilization levels are also covered by this standard.

Refer to chapter 3 of the IEEE Std 141 (Red Book) for voltage considerations.

The utility is regulated by the state Public Service Commission.
Each state is different. i have seen values as high as

+/- 10% but most seem to be +/- 6%. i believe the larger utilities will try to be in the range of +/- 5%.
