Hello,
An incomplete vulcanisation (time, temperature, curing agent content) process could lead to sticky and less hardness rubber product? The DSC is a good technique to verify the vulcanisation state? Residual enthalpy is visible in the first heating in relation with second heating (heating up to 300°C)?
Is the hardness also influenced by the plasticizers content?
Thank you!

In answer to your question regarding plasticiser content, the answer is yes. As a rule of thumb 2 parts change in plasticiser content = 1 point change in hardness.
