VUSDFLD job aborted

I am working in the metal forming simulation field. I have simulated multiple forming processes in the ABAQUS FEM program. Now, I have tried to implement a ductile fracture criterion into the ABAQUS using the VUSDFLD subroutine. The subroutine works without error in the simple model and the research model. however, when the mesh is getting fine, the run is aborted with different error codes, like as "The executable explicit.exe aborted with system error code 3." I have noticed the high usage of memory so that all 16 GB RAM memory is engaged when the job runs. Does any body could help me? If I upgrade the RAM into 32GB capacity, will it work?

What Abaqus release are you using ? Do you have enough disk space ? Does it happen with a different number of CPUs as well ?

I am using ABAQUS 6-14-3. I have enough disk space and I have run the job with single and also different CPU numbers. I have run the model using other computers ([Core i5 +8GB RAM], [Core i3 +4GB RAM], [Core i3 +8GB RAM]) and the same errors occur. I have monitored the memory usage and when it nears to the 99%, then the job aborted. Approximately in the same time frame it happens in different tries.

This Abaqus version is very old. What is the size of the model (number of nodes, DOFs and/or variables) ?

I should mention that I need to have more finer meshes while the current model have not run completely yet.
