Waiver For FM approval

Gents/Ladies,

I am currently involved in a project where:

* I have to install 14",16",18" of HDPE underground piping.

Problem statement:
* None of the vendors are able to provide FM APPROVAL for above mentioned sizes.
* Going to overseas vendors has schedule impact.

Requirement:
Is there any way to waiver off this requirement by client.

You really need to post this / search for the answer in the NFPA forum.

Normally it all depends on the AHJ (the relevant authority) giving you the OK.
